After working in many agencies, throughout Australia, Lisa began to visualise her own recruitment business which would incorporate not only her wealth of knowledge and expertise, but her passion for the industry. “Having worked for cutting-edge agencies over Australia, I have a wealth of experience, which is one of the reasons I followed my dream and started Quattro,” says Lisa. “I knew that I would be able to provide a service that would connect people and establish and continue good business relationships”
Lisa says that Quattro’s philosophies and goals are to offer clients a lot more than “a bum on a seat”. At Quattro, they take a great interest in all aspects of the business they are recruiting for. The best piece of advice that Lisa has received is to concentrate on the work, and money will come. “If you continue to work hard the money finds you” says Lisa. Along with the good advice, Lisa also has many mentors, who she credits, who continually support her and provide guided business decisions.
Lisa’s big tip is for women to know and understand that women can have a family and the career. Lisa is a perfect example of this, she has two beautiful children and a great husband—she has been able to reach for the skies and achieve her dream to own her own business. “It is possible to not only be employed but have a career also”, Lisa says.
